A custom cut & sew, 6-panel, standard size (7&5/8” with all snaps closed) snapback with a square brim and satin interior.

This hat is made of ripstop fabric which is ideal for performance/utility use. With tear and abrasion resistant qualities it outperforms most other tactical fabrics! Ripstop is water resistant and has a durable UV resistant coating making it perfect fabric for outdoor use.

• Under the brim has a pencil illustration of Kahekili and Namahana. The interior bucket consists of pattern made of KR Na Ali’i insignia. Both the brim and interior material is made of satin.

• Interior stripping bears the phrase “He Mano holo ‘Aina ke Ali’i” (The Shark going on land is my chief) with the crossed Kahili logo.

• The exterior has the same embroidery placement as the past Na Aliʻi hats; on the front center is the Aliʻi portrait graphic in 3D and flat embroidery to make the mahiole (helmet) stand out. The left panel bears the redesigned Kava Roots logo which is now the crab claw sail design. The right panel has the crossed kahili. The back right panel has the Na Aliʻi name. All exterior embroidery is made with a metallic silver thread.

• Custom woven labels on the interior headband with the size, Na Aliʻi name and Hawaiian flag.
