US Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to the following states:

Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Indiana, Tennessee and Canada.

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, items purchased with Gift Certificates will be taxed if shipped to the states mentioned above.

Canadian Tax & Duty

Any order being shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected during checkout. A summary of these charges will be included in the Tax & Duty fee line. The order total presented at checkout will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery.

Returns via Mail

Items purchased online or by phone may be returned by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 30 days.

 

  • Returns after 30 days - If customer returns product(s) purchased from a Brand’s official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
  • Returns for Paypal Purchases - Please note that purchases made with PayPal may only be returned through the mail.

All product sales are intended for retail/ “end user” customers only, and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser.  The resale of any products purchased from   the Brands’ e-commerce sites without the express priorI written consent of Quiksilver, in each instance, is strictly prohibited.  For the purpose of enforcement of this policy, no customer may purchase more than a number of products or product styles that Quiksilver determines, in its sole discretion, to be a reasonable number in each circumstance during any 72 hour period without the prior written consent of Quiksilver.  Quiksilver may refuse to sell any products to any person that Quiksilver believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy. 

 

Standard Return Shipping

 

  • Mail returns typically require 10-12 business days to process. (Please allow an additional 7-10 days for returns from Canada)
  • Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to their original form of payment.

 

How to Submit a Return via Mail in the US

 

  • Complete the return questionnaire on the packing slip/receipt.

  • Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.

  • Please enclose the top portion of the original packing slip/receipt. If you are unable to provide the packing slip/receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted. Please retain the return tracking number located on the pre-paid label for your records.

  • For returns within the U.S., send all return packages to the following address:

How to Submit a Return via Mail in Canada

 

  • Complete the return questionnaire on the packing slip/receipt.

  • Please enclose the top portion of the original packing slip/receipt. If you are unable to provide the packing slip/receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.

  • Affix the pre-addressed label to the package.

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.

  • Packages should be shipped through a traceable shipping method. Please retain the return tracking number for your records. 

  • For returns from Canada, send all return packages to the above address.

                            

NOTE – Returns via mail will ONLY be accepted for online or phone purchases. All purchases made in store must be returned or exchanged in store.

This return policy applies to products purchased from KAVA ROOTS LLC. and/or its affiliates ("Kava Roots”) under its “Kava Roots Brand,” “Kava Roots Int'l”.  Kava Roots provides refunds for purchases made on the Brands’ official e-commerce site (www.kavarootsintl.com) as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, Kava Roots will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at a Brand’s official e-commerce site. E-commerce purchases can be returned via U.S. Mail to the address listed above.
